Before you start

Capability Cloud, explained.

Do we need to complete everything before we start?

Start with relevant company details and a useful evidence set. Add the records a tender needs as you review it. More complete, current information supports a more useful assessment.

Can we attach and download evidence files?

Yes. Supporting files belong with their company records, including project experience, financial evidence, certifications and registrations. Download availability depends on whether the original file has been uploaded.

Who can update company information?

The company Owner manages team membership and feature permissions. Team members can view or update areas according to the permissions the Owner grants.

Does an uploaded file automatically prove eligibility?

No. The tender’s wording, applicable dates, scope and evidence requirements still need review. Keeping the file in context makes that review easier.
