Before you start

Bid Pipeline, explained.

What happens when we pursue a tender?

It creates company-specific work in Pipeline’s Screening stage. The opportunity stays connected to the tender and its available documents.

Can team members have different access?

Yes. The company Owner grants feature permissions. Pipeline access and updates follow those permissions.

Does Pipeline submit the bid for us?

No. Your team reviews, signs and submits through the relevant procurement portal. Pipeline helps organise preparation and track the opportunity.

Do filters persist when we return?

Pipeline preferences persist for the user and company so navigation or a refresh does not require setting up the view again.
